Absolute cunt of a 16 year old

Son is terrorising our family, and other than killing him I’m not sure what I can do. Can’t chuck him out as he’s not
Old enough so he just comes and goes as he pleases, abuses everyone in the house . Just bought a car and he’s gone down the side of it.
Just spat and pissed on his brothers bed.
His 2 brothers won’t retaliate so are sitting ducks and he’s making their lives misery.
Can I kill him ? Or shall I wait until he’s 18 and put up with it for another 2 years and get him evicted.

Chuck him out. Social services will house him in some kind of half way house with proper nutters. He will be crying to come home within a month

I assume you've done everything to help him including going to therapy yourself, so...
I'd do whatever it takes to support the rest of the family. And that includes what scouse kid said.

The ones who are bastards when it's not the parents fault are the worst.
I started work aged 15, so he's plenty old enough to kick out, though that was obviously in the days when people weren't in education until they were 18, though am guessing he doesnt give a shit about school.
I'd probably just punch him in the face for starters.

Above all avoid any form of violence because then he has the upper hand over you in the eyes of the law, and probably rightly so.
Stay very, very calm (I know it's tough).

We’ve done everything we can for 4 years it’s taking up a ridiculous amount of our time and he shoves it all in our faces.
He was expelled at 11 and is now into all sorts

Is he on something Mace? Where does this anger evolve from? To do what he's doing to his own family is disturbing to say the least but does he do outside your circle etc?

Used to have a lad work for me, right little villain ,now he’s a big villain ,contradicts crime doesn’t pay his mum and dad are just ordinary law abiding people ,god knows where he got it from ,lives like a premier League player, that’s when he’s not doing a bit of bird,still looks me up and gives me loads of top notch golf gear ,which l don’t mind, was telling me he’s finding it harder to spend any cash nowadays seeing as he’s all under the radar .

This can en up two ways, both are shit.
a) in 20 years he's still a cunt having spent at least half that time locked up
b) he's a total cunt for the next ten years minimum and grows out of it eventually and doesn't do significant time inside

I say this as someone who smoked a hell a lot of weed over the years. Thank fuck it was squidgy black when I was a teen. But I digress.
If he has been excluded from mainstream education since he was 11. He must have been assigned some kind of social welfare officer or something. Have you tried to engage with them.
I am involved with a youth charity (Mainly raising funds) that targets and works with kids that have been in young offenders institutions and getting them back into education.
As these young offenders places make scum look like summer holiday with cliff richard.

I think breaking his nose would be a good start. No witnesses. Then if he comes back you can assume that he's ok with this kind of regime and punch him in the face at your leisure. Winner.

We’ve been through everything, social services then they dropped him, all sorts. We’ve been to Royal courts of justice to get him help. He now has one to one support, EHCP.
Strange thing is he won’t go to school but he actually engages with the one to one. Not all the time but when he fancies it

Vexed, been close. I think of all sorts, the worst he’s ever had though was a clip round the earole and a few slaps, they were always for the way he spoke to his mother. In comparison to that he deserved to be killed tonight I can’t imagine how anyone could

The one to one is tuition but also social trying to integrate him into school. ( not mainstream )
